Doug has been with Russ’ Uptown Optical since its beginning in 1978. Doug is responsible for growing the business to what we know it as today. If he doesn’t call you out by name when you walk in the door, it must be your first time stopping in.
Kyle Mentzer
Having grown up in and around the optical world, Doug’s son Kyle joined Russ’ Uptown Optical in 2013. Kyle is proud to be working in the family business and continue the tradition. Not only does he care about finding the best lens product for each customer’s needs, but he is also passionate about helping customers find their unique style.
Lisa Jennings
Lisa started with Russ’ in 2023, but has been in the optical industry since 2017. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of optics and all optical products. Lisa also has a background in design and loves styling customers and assisting them in finding that perfect frame!
