Can I use an existing frame to get new lenses?
Do you have a favorite frame you’d like to keep but need a new prescription? We can help! Whether you purchased your frames from us or elsewhere, as long as they are in good condition, we are happy to fit them with new lenses.
Do you take insurance?
At Russ’ we are proudly 100% independent, and are not in network for any vision plans. This allows us to have complete autonomy to curate our frame selection to be a unique, one-of-a-kind collection, as well as provide the absolute best lens designs and technology through a variety of brands based on what you need, not just what your insurance dictates.
However, if you do have insurance benefits that you would like to use, we can get you proper documentation so you can submit it with them for out-of-network reimbursment.
Can I just come in and get an adjustment?
We are happy to assist all customers, new or old, as well as non-customers, with any adjustments you may need.
Do I need a prescription from Russ’ to get glasses here?
Not at all! Even if you don’t have your prescription with you, we can contact your doctor’s office to obtain it.
Can I use my HSA/FSA to purchase new glasses?
Certainly! You can use your benefits card just like a debit or credit card. We’ll provide all the necessary documentation to ensure you’re fully set up. Plus, utilizing those extra FSA/HSA funds for a new pair of glasses is a smart way to spend that money!
Do I need an appointment to come in and shop for glasses?
Walk-ins are always welcome! Stop by at your convenience, and we’ll gladly assist you in finding your perfect pair. If you prefer to secure a specific time and ensure our availability, we are also happy to schedule an appointment for you.
